11. Deliveries

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email notification. We will contact you before delivery.
Please note that you cannot choose a specific delivery day or time.
Standard delivery takes approximately 2–3 business days, and the delivery person will call you before arrival.

12. Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your online purchase, you have fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase to return your product for a refund or exchange.

The product must be sealed, unused, and not opened.
All returned items will be inspected by our team before approval.
Opened, used, or damaged items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, you must inform us on the day of delivery or within 24 hours.

13. Tools Guarantee

All tools purchased from Hair Shop Malta – CC&J Ltd are covered by a two (2)-year legal guarantee in accordance with Maltese and EU consumer protection laws.
This guarantee covers any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery of the product. If a product is found to be faulty within two years of purchase, customers are entitled to have the product repaired, replaced, or refunded, depending on the circumstances and product availability.

To make a guarantee claim, you must inform us of the defect within a reasonable time after it has been discovered, by contacting us at +356 7945 4449 or ccandjltd@gmail.com.


This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions.

This statutory guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, your other legal rights as a consumer.

14. Guarantee Documentation

All products Tools  from Hair Shop Malta – CC&J Ltd are covered by a two (2)-year legal guarantee in accordance with Maltese and EU consumer protection laws.
This guarantee covers any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery of the product. If a product is found to be faulty within two years of purchase, customers are entitled to have the product repaired, replaced, or refunded, depending on the circumstances and product availability.

A two (2)-year guarantee paper is issued with every tool purchased from Hair Shop Malta – CC&J Ltd. This guarantee paper must be kept together with the original purchase invoice, as both documents are required for any warranty or service claim.

The guarantee is valid only if all terms and conditions stated on the guarantee certificate are met. Failure to present the original invoice and guarantee paper, or failure to comply with the guarantee terms, will render the guarantee invalid.

15. Gozo Deliveries

Deliveries to Gozo are carried out daily, depending on order volume and the Gozo ferry schedule.
Deliveries may be postponed or cancelled due to extreme weather conditions.

The delivery fee for Gozo is €4.00.
If you wish to arrange your own courier for pick-up, please contact us at +356 7945 4449.
Our courier collects orders from Monday to Friday, and delivery may occur on the same or following day. The courier will contact you before delivery.

16. Delivery Times

We aim to deliver orders as close as possible to your requested delivery or collection time.
However, we cannot guarantee delivery times in all cases, as delays may occur due to weather or traffic conditions.
These measures ensure the safety of our riders.
Delivery services may be temporarily unavailable in certain areas due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances.

17. Acceptance of Goods

The client must inspect all goods upon delivery.
If any damage or fault is found, please inform the delivery person immediately so we can address the issue.
If inspection is waived, the goods will be deemed accepted, and later complaints cannot be considered.
Risk in the products passes to the client upon delivery.

18. Limitation of Liability

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CC&J Ltd excludes all liability for losses arising from:

  • Delivery delays beyond estimated times;

  • Circumstances beyond our control; or

  • Indirect or unforeseeable losses.

19. Governing Law and Arbitration

By accepting these Terms, you agree that any claim or dispute arising from or related to this website or these Terms will be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration under Part IV (Domestic Arbitration) of the Malta Arbitration Act, 1996, and the Arbitration Rules of the Malta Arbitration Centre.
The arbitrator’s decision shall be based on these Terms and the laws of Malta.
You and CC&J Ltd grant the arbitrator exclusive authority to resolve any dispute regarding the interpretation, applicability, or enforceability of these Terms.
